Start with everyday city food
Start with cơm tấm, bánh mì and southern noodle dishes. Cafés are useful cooling-off stops as well as destinations. Check portions and ingredients before ordering, particularly peanuts, seafood and fish sauce when allergies matter.
Plan dinner around your next stop
If a SKYBAR, live music or KTV is next, look for dinner near that main activity. Allow separate time for ordering, eating and travel. For a group, confirm reservations, seating and dietary needs beforehand.
Read the menu and the final bill
Compare portions, drinks and extras alongside the food. Ask whether menu prices include tax and service charges, and have the restaurant confirm ingredients for any dietary needs. This hub currently provides planning guidance; individual restaurants will be added after their information is checked.
